=Title=
Extension of the N=40 Island of Inversion towards N=50 below 78Ni with MINOS at the RIBF

=Abstract=
MINOS, a thick liquid hydrogen target coupled to a vertex tracker, has been developed to extend the reach of exotic nuclei to further the knowledge in nuclear structure. With the SEASTAR program allying MINOS with DALI2 at RIBF, a systematic measurement of the first excited states of even-even exotic nuclei is performed by gamma-ray spectroscopy. After a brief description of MINOS and the experimental setup, results of the first SEASTAR campaign will be presented on  neutron-rich Cr and Fe isotopes, tackling the evolution of the deformed nuclei beyond N=40 below 78Ni.
