The 15th RIBF discussion meeting "On the tetra-neutron system” will be held at Graduate School of Science and Faculty of Science, Tohoku University on Wednesday 3rd August 2016. The lecturers are Prof. S. Shimoura (CNS, University of Tokyo) and Associate Chief Scientist Dr. E. Hiyama (RIKEN Nishina Center). Motivated by a recent report on "Candidate Resonant Tetraneutron State" (PRL116,052501), we will discuss the significance of proving the existence of a resonant tetra-neutron state, future prospects, and so on, from both experimental and theoretical view points and welcome participation from the community.

[Access] The meeting will take place at room 204 of the Science Complex C, Graduate School of Science and Faculty of Science, Tohoku University.

[About the meeting] "RIBF Discussion" is aiming at domestic collaboration among theory and experiment related to physics in RIBF, and at achieving maximum outputs from RIBF. It is held roughly every two months. Each meeting has a specific theme and invites lecturers both from experimental and theoretical sides. The style is somewhat different from a normal one, but with a long discussion time. The meeting site is not necessarily at RIKEN, but held at major institutes in Japan. We keep an informal atmosphere and try to stimulate lively discussion among participants. After the meeting, usually we have a joint dinner together with lecturers and participants.
