DESCRIPTION:\n    The 15th RIBF discussion meeting "On the tetra-neutron s
 ystem” will be held at Graduate School of Science and Faculty of Science
 \, Tohoku University on Wednesday 3rd August 2016. The lecturers are Prof.
  S. Shimoura (CNS\, University of Tokyo) and Associate Chief Scientist Dr.
  E. Hiyama (RIKEN Nishina Center). Motivated by a recent report on "Candid
 ate Resonant Tetraneutron State" (PRL116\,052501)\, we will discuss the si
 gnificance of proving the existence of a resonant tetra-neutron state\, fu
 ture prospects\, and so on\, from both experimental and theoretical view p
 oints and welcome participation from the community.\n\n    [Access] The me

 on" is aiming at domestic collaboration among theory and experiment relate
 d to physics in RIBF\, and at achieving maximum outputs from RIBF. It is h
 eld roughly every two months. Each meeting has a specific theme and invite
 s lecturers both from experimental and theoretical sides. The style is som
 ewhat different from a normal one\, but with a long discussion time. The m
 eeting site is not necessarily at RIKEN\, but held at major institutes in 
 Japan. We keep an informal atmosphere and try to stimulate lively discussi
 on among participants. After the meeting\, usually we have a joint dinner
