Description

“General Meeting of the RIKEN Scientists’ Assembly for FY2019”, "Invited talk", "Special Talks”, and “V.S.O.P.s” of the 21th Interdisciplinary Exchange Evening will be held in Suzuki Umetaro Hall on schedule at Feb. 20th (Thu).

However, we have decided to cancel the poster sessions and the interdisciplinary exchange evening in 1st cafeteria to avoid possible infection of novel coronavirus.
We will send an e-mail to the poster presenters individually for further information.

In addition, if you have fever or respiratory symptoms, please refrain from participating in this event.

2月20日(木)に鈴木梅太郎ホールで行う令和元年度研究員会議総会、第21回異分野交流の夕べの招待講演会、特別講演会およびVSOPは予定通り開催します。

しかしながら、新型コロナウイルス感染症流行の状況に鑑み、第一食堂で開催することを予定していました第21回異分野交流の夕べの「ポスター発表」と「異分野交流会」は中止することに決定しました。
ポスター発表者には個別に今後の対応についてご連絡いたします。

また、発熱や呼吸器症状がある方は、本イベントへの参加をご遠慮いただきますよう、よろしくお願い申し上げます。

We are pleased to announce that "General Meeting of the RIKEN Scientists' Assembly for FY2019 / The 21st Interdisciplinary Exchange Evening / FY2017 Research Reporting Session for Incentive Research Grants" will be held on Feb 20th, 2020 in Wako campus. It is organized by RIKEN Scientists' Assembly Steering Committee, co-organized by RIKEN Cluster for Pioneering Research, and sponsored by RIKEN Mutual Benefit Society.

The 21st Interdisciplinary Exchange Evening is aimed to encourage collaborative research project, and to provide opportunities for all RIKEN members to get to know each other in a cross disciplinary setting.

We will have 50 posters, special talks, and several Very-Short-Oral-Presentations (V.S.O.P.s). Free food and drinks will be served at the 21st interdisciplinary exchange evening Session. Please join us and enjoy meeting people from different fields.

"The Collaboration Seed Fund（「連携のタネ」ファンド）"

SASC decided to start the Collaboration Seed Fund "「連携のタネ」ファンド". This fund is aimed to find seeds of the different field cooperation collaborative research project by providing opportunities for all RIKEN members to get to know each other in the interdisciplinary exchange event such as “The All-RIKEN Workshop” and/or “The Interdisciplinary Exchange Evening”. Therefore, the qualification to apply for this fund are participation in “The All-RIKEN Workshop” and/or “The Interdisciplinary Exchange Evening”.

第21回異分野交流の夕べは、研究に対する柔軟な思考と新たなアイディアの発見を促し、また、新たな仲間を見つけることで、日々の研究活動を活性化していただく事を目的としており、研究職・事務職を問わず、どなたでも参加できます。

50件のポスター発表（平成29年度採択奨励研究課題の成果報告会を兼ねています。）の他に、特別講演およびV.S.O.P.s (Very Short Oral Presentations)を行います。第21回異分野交流の夕べ（ポスター会場）では、無料の飲食物もご用意いたしますので、何卒、気軽にご参加頂きたく、お願い申し上げます。
