- Online connection -
A zoom link will be sent to the registered participants on March 1st.

- Program -
The scientific program and abstracts are available on the web page.

- Presentation files and video recording -
We will collect presentation files for public release on our web page.  Also, we will serve video recordings of the presentations to the participants until a few days after the workshop period.

- Registration -
Registration will be open till February 28th on the web page.

- On-site participants -
On-site participants are required of registration in advance. We will collect actual expenses of 1,000 JPY for the coffee and cookies. The YITP building is open from 8:00am weekdays. We expect cold and dry days during the workshop period. All windows of the auditorium will be kept open for better ventilation. Please take measures against the cold.

- Internet access -
The eduroam service is available at the venue. We can issue a temporary account for visitors who do not have an eduroam account.
