 ddress experimental and theoretical investigations of the equation-of-stat
 e (EoS) of nuclear matter at various isospin asymmetries. Such investigati
 ons include efforts in nuclear structure\, nuclear reactions\, and heavy-i
 on collisions\, as well as astrophysical observations of compact stars and
  associated phenomena. An important role of the symposium is to unify the 
 efforts of the nuclear physics and astrophysics communities in addressing 
 common research challenges.\n\n[Topics of NuSym Symposium]\nTopics of the 
 NuSym symposium are related to nuclear equation-of-state (EoS) and symmetr
 y energy in laboratory experiments\, in astrophysical observations\, and m
 icroscopic theories:\n\nNuclear structure and reactions\;\nHeavy-ion colli
 sion experiments and transport model simulations\;\nMicroscopic calculatio
 ns of neutron-rich dense nuclear matter\;\nIsospin and spin dependence of 
 nuclear interactions and correlations\;\nClustering in isospin-asymmetric 
 nuclear systems\;\nStrangeness in nuclei and nuclear matter\;\nAstrophysic
 al multi-messenger observations and nucleosynthesis\;\nTheory of compact s
 tars\, including neutron star mergers and supernovae\;\nFuture experiments
