Access
For international travelers, flying into Sendai Airport is generally the most convenient option. However, please note that flight availability may be limited, and ticket prices can sometimes be quite high. Because of this, it is often chosen to fly into Narita Airport and then take the Shinkansen (bullet train) from Ueno Station to Sendai.
Venue
It is very likely that the event will be held on the Aobayama Campus.
Please note that there are no hotels near the Aobayama area. In either case, most participants will likely stay in central Sendai.
We recommend choosing a hotel near a station on the Tozai (East-West) subway line for easier access to the venue.
