[Registration Fee]
The early-bird registration fee applies only if payment is completed by the early-bird registration deadline. Payments completed after the deadline will be subject to the late registration fee, regardless of the registration date.
Applicants for the student registration fee must submit a valid student certificate or a copy of a student ID card.
[Early-Bird Payment (–August 30, 2026)]
- Regular participants: JPY 45,000
- Students: JPY 20,000
- Accompanying persons: JPY 20,000 per person
[Late Payment (August 31, 2026–)]
- Regular participants: JPY 50,000
- Students: JPY 25,000
- Accompanying persons: JPY 25,000 per person
[Breakdown of The Registration Fee]
The registration fee includes
- Reception (Monday evening)
- Lunch (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday)
- Supplements for the poster session (Wednesday)
- Excursion (Thursday afternoon)
- Banquet (Thursday evening)
The registration fee for accompanying persons includes the reception, excursion, and banquet only.
[Payment Methods]
Payment for the symposium can be made online only by credit card (VISA, Master Card, JCB, American Express, Diners).

[Detailed Procedure of Payment and Registration]
- Please log in RIKEN Indico. If you do not have an account, please create it.
- Please fill the registration form.
- Your registration will be approved by the local organization committee. Please allow a few days for the approval process.
- After your registration is approved, you are supposed to pay the registration fee via the payment webpage. Please select the proper option consistent with your registration. If you do not use your own credit card, please email the organizers the name of the cardholder.
- Your registration will be completed only after your payment has been received. Please allow another few days for this process.
[Request for Visa Documents]
Those who need documents for the visa application must register by July 31. Organizers will contact you for the detailed procedure. The visa documents will be sent by the end of August.
If you need an invitation letter beforehand to get your passport, you are supposed to register first without requesting the visa documents. Once you get your passport, you can modify the registration to request the visa documents.
Note that the visa documents will be issued by the end of August, which is before the early-bird payment deadline.
[Cancellation]
All refund requests must be notified by email to the conference organization committee as soon as possible. The conference committee reserves the right to refuse reimbursement of part or all of the fee in the case of cancellation. Each case of cancellation will be considered individually.
