 nces\, this workshop has been postponed. The new schedule will be announce
 d once it has been finalized.\n\n[Overview]\nNuclear physics has advanced 
 rapidly worldwide. For instance\, RIBF and RCNP in Japan have been world-l
 eading facilities\, RIBF is planned to be upgraded\, and recently\, HIAF i
 n China was launched. Theoretical study is also indispensable\, in which J
 apan and China remain strong in the field and are geographically close.\nC
 onsidering this situation\, to encourage research among young researchers 
 and enhance international collaboration\, we organized the first forum for
  Japanese and Chinese young researchers on nuclear theory at Peking Univer
 sity in November 2019—the International Forum for Graduate Students and 
 Young Physicists on Nuclear Physics. However\, international collaboration
  has declined due to the pandemic.\nNow\, after six years\, we aim to revi
 ve this initiative to broaden our perspectives\, including those of young 
 researchers\, and strengthen our collaboration in both theory and experime
 nt. Both the theoretical and experimental studies are indispensable in nuc
 lear physics\, and thus from this time\, we include experiments as scopes.
  The updated facility of RIBF and its feasible/desired outcome has been di
 scussed in the domestic workshop\; hence\, it is also good to start intern
 ational discussion for specific topics related to the next-generation expe
 riments. Last time was held at and supported by Peking University\; hence\
 , in this time we would like to organize in Japan.\nMost presentations wil
 l be invited talks by students or early-career researchers. The invited sp
 eakers will be selected based on their research topics. Senior researchers
  will chair the sessions and give comments or encourage possible collabora
 tions.\nIn this year\, we will focus on density functional theory (DFT) an
 d its beyond\, a field of shared interest between Japanese and Chinese res
 earch communities. In Japan\, many people work on the non-relativistic (es
 pecially Skyrme) DFT\, while in China\, the relativistic DFT is strong. In
  addition\, to compare with experimental data\, beyond-mean-field effects 
 are indispensable. The time-dependent DFT including RPA and the multi-refe
 rence DFT including GCM have been actively studied in Japan and China\, re
 spectively. Related to this topic\, the cutting-edge experimental progress
 \, especially experimental study on nuclear structure\, including the beta
  decay and giant resonances\, on exotic nuclei will also be covered in thi
 s workshop. Hence\, such an international workshop will be fruitful for ex
 change complementary topics and establish a possible future collaboration.
