[Access to RIKEN Wako Campus]
RIKEN Wako Campus is located in Wako City (Wako-shi, 和光市), next to Tokyo Metropolitan Area. Wako-shi Station is connected to the central Tokyo via Tobu Tojo Line and Tokyo Metro Lines.

The venue is the large meeting room (RIBF 201), which locates at the second floor of the RIBF building. The venue is indicated as E01 of the campus map.
The visitors can enter the campus only via the West Gate. The registered participants can get the temporary pass at the West Gate Guard Station with notifying your name. This temporary pass is valid only for each day; thus, you need to get and return each day.

There are three hotels in front of Wako-shi Station.
- Toyoko Inn Wako-shi Ekimae (東横INN和光市駅前)
- SUPER HOTEL Wakoshi Station (スーパーホテルさいたま・和光市駅前)
- Wakoshi Tobu Hotel (和光市東武ホテル)
Many convenient hotels are also located along the Tobu Tojo Line (東武東上線) or near Ikebukuro (池袋) Station.
