Regular participants: 60,000 JPY.
Students: 30,000 JPY.
Accompanying persons: 40,000 JPY.

[Breakdown of The Registration Fee]
The registration fee includes:
- Welcome reception (Sunday evening)
- Lunch (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and possibly Friday)
- Coffee break
- Banquet (Tuesday evening)
- Excursion (Wednesday)

Payment can be made online only by credit cards (VISA, Master Card, JCB, American Express, Diners).

[Cancellation]
All refund requests must be notified by email to the conference organization committee as soon as possible. The conference committee reserves the right to refuse reimbursement of part or all of the fee in the case of cancellation. Each case of cancellation will be considered individually.
