 e fifth version of the EIC Asia workshop will be held at the University of
  Tokyo in Japan\, closely following the EIC Resource review board (RRB) th
 at is held June 9/10\, also in Tokyo. \nThanks to the RRB\, several key m
 embers of the EIC project and the ePIC experiment will be able to attend. 
 In addition\, the progress of particularly the various Asian groups activi
 ties toward the EIC and related theoretical work will be discussed. Those 
 include the updates on the GEM based tracking detectors\, the AC-LGAD Time
 -of-Flight detectors\, the ZDC (both crystal and potential WSi upgrades) a
 nd the streaming readout of the data. \nAdditionally\, various topics rel
 evant to the EIC will be discussed either from the theoretical side\, from
  impact studies using the expected EIC data\, or from other experiments.\n
  \nFor coffee breaks and the conference dinner\, a conference fee of 1000
