The purpose of this workshop is to exchange information on the latest scientific results and computational methods in lattice QCD simulation and related fields. The program will consist of invited talks and poster sessions. The number of participants is limited to 50.

This workshop is held IN PERSON only at R-CCS, Kobe, Japan.
