Changhyun presented simulations of pi0 reconstruction in the hadronic part of the ZDC.
This is part of an effort to reconstruct lambda => pi0 + neutron.
Position resolution is better than in Yellow Report but pointing with tracks is poor. This makes it hard to reconstruct the decay point. If you assume the 2 clusters are from a pi0 then you can deduce the decay point. This is needed to reconstruct the invariant mass of the lambda.
Ralf commented that ECal will probably make pointing worse. It is probably best now to focus on how we can identify Pi0 in a clean case and then add background.

Best solution would be to replace crystal later in eP collisions with some pixellated detector. This could be done by having the crystal layer on a movable table.
