Title: 'Isomer (p,n) Reaction' as a New Experimental Means
新しい実験手法としてのアイソマー(p,n)反応
[abstract]
An isomer in nuclei is a unique state and carries various characteristic nuclear structure information. Because of that, the isomeric state has attracted strong interest and thus has been studied for a long time.
If we can use the isomeric state as a beam, we are able to obtain new information regarding nuclear structure, which may open a new research field. In this seminar, taking the isomer (p,n) reaction as an example,
I would like to discuss what physics can be gained or how to perform the isomer (p,n) reaction, etc.
原子核の励起状態に表れるアイソマー状態は、周辺の状態と核構造が異なってい
ることを反映して表れると考えられている。従って、アイソマーそれ自身面白い研究対象
であるが、更にアイソマーをビームとして利用できれば、従来出来なかった研究が可能にな
り、新たな核構造の情報が得られると期待される。このセミナーでは、アイソマービームによる
(p,n)反応を例に、得られる物理とその測定可能性について議論する。
