    Experiment NP1106-SAMURAI04 “Structure of 18,19B and 21,22C” was run in May 2012 as part of the SAMURAI DayOne campaign of experiments.     We would like to propose an invariant mass measurement of the neutron unbound N=27 nucleus 39Mg, lying one neutron hole outside of the quenched N=28 shell gap.
