Presentations
The meeting will be a hybrid style in the zoom meeting room.
Presentation time is 20+10 minutes(Sakurai, Simon will have 40+10 minutes). Recording or screenshots of the Zoom screen is not permitted.
Online presenters: Enter the zoom meeting room and share your screen with us.
On-site presenters: Install the zoom app on your PC beforehand to use your own PC for the presentation. Enter the zoom meeting room and share your screen in the same way as online presenters. Your slides will also be projected on the large screen in the seminar hall.
Entry to RIKEN
RIKEN Wako Campus Entry Procedures for Visitors | RIKEN
Participants who do not have a RIKEN ID card must get a temporary ID card at the West Gate when they come to RIKEN. Return the card when you get out RIKEN. You need to get ID card every morning and return it in the evening. Upon the entrance, you will need to fill in the purpose of your visit, the place you will be visiting, the name of the person to visit, and the extension number as follows.

The RIKEN cafeteria accepts payment only by rechargeable train passes (IC cards) like Suica and PASMO. Note that cash payment is not accepted.

Coffee will be provided during breaks. We ask that you mind in the infection control and keep your social distance.
Accommodation in RIKEN
If you have reserved accommodations in RIKEN (Sakura house or Nishina lodge), pick up your key at the guard station at the West Gate. Pay for your accommodations at the reception desk before checking out.
