Description

The RIBF Users Meeting 2025 organized by the Users Executive Committee (UEC) and RIKEN Nishina Center will take place on Jan. 21, 2025. It aims bringing together a variety of RIBF users to share the recent experimental results and the present status of experiments at RIBF and the related theoretical works. It will contribute greatly to the generation of the collaborative efforts for future physics opportunities at the RIBF.

It comprises invited talks on recent experimental results at RIBF presented by early-career and junior researchers as well as invited overview contributions from experimental and theoretical activities related to the RIBF. The RIBF users group thesis award lectures will be held.

This year the meeting will be held in series with the ADRIB25 workshop (Jan. 22nd - 23rd, 2025). To discuss the future projects at RIBF, we should know the present status or the ongoing plans reported in the Users Meeting.

FYI, to join both meetings, you need to register on both indico pages separately.

The meeting will be held on-site as well as online using Zoom. All attendees are requested to register in advance. The information to access the meeting will be provided to the registrants. The deadline for the registration is set on Dec. 27th 2024 (JST).

For the on-site information,

  • The registration fee for the on-site participants (except for students) is 1,000 JPY, to be paid in cash at the desk in front of the conference hall (Nishina hall, Nishina bldg. 2F).
  • The registration for the students participants is free.
