Proponents of new proposals or resubmissions are expected to attend the workshop and present their work to the collaboration. They are also requested to submit a preproposal well in advance.
Preproposals should be submitted via samurai-contact@ribf.riken.jp and will be distributed to the board members prior to the workshop.
Deadline of preproposal submission: June 7, 2025 (JST)

Please also make sure to complete the Questionnaire included at the end of the template.
