Access
The closest station to the RIKEN's Wako campus is the Wako-shi station.
To access the campus enter via the West Gate to collect your temporary access badge at the Guard Station. Badge should be returned there at the end of the day.
To get the access badge on each day of the workshop, please inform the guard about the 5-digit Receipt Number you receive in the confirmation email for RIKEN Visitor Pre-Registration.

The scheduled time of visit indicated in the email does not matter as long as it is on the same day, and please come at the time of your convenience. In case you cannot come on the day that is pre-registered, there is no need for you to do any action.
