Description
Isomer spectroscopy is important not only for the confirmation of a particle identification of in- flight fragments but also for a study of an exotic structure of very neutron-rich nuclei. New isotope experiment using Uranium beam at this autumn is a good opportunity also for new isomer search in middle and heavy neutron-rich nuclei. Germanium detectors will surround a total E detector to measure gamma rays from isomeric state produced via in-flight fission reaction. Physics cases of isomer spectroscopy in neutron-rich region will be discussed in this workshop.
