The accommodation fee will be about 10,000-11,000 Yen/night/person. (Current estimate: 10,450 Yen for Feb 19 and 10,750 Yen for Feb 20.) Please pay by yourself and get reimbursed from your institute or RIKEN. (There is exception, for which the organizers already contacted you.) You can pay at your convenience during the stay.
The dinner on Feb. 19, 20 and the lunch on Feb. 20 will be served by the organizers.
(No lunch will be served on Feb. 19 and 21.)

The closest train station to the hotel is the Toba station.
We will arrange a free shuttle bus from the station to the hotel, departing at 13:00.
Please look at the "How to get to the shuttle bus stop" in the access information of the Toba Seaside Hotel. https://www.tobaseasidehotel.co.jp/en/ This shuttle will carry other guests of the hotel as well, so it won't wait for you even if you are late.
N.B. According to information from the hotel,
(1) The availability of taxi at the Toba station is not good, so please use the shuttle bus.
(2) You cannot buy lunch at the hotel, so it's better to come to the hotel after you finish lunch.
