The RIBF Users Meeting is held annually to bring together a wide range of RIBF users to share recent experimental results, the current status of experiments at RIBF, and related theoretical studies. These meetings have greatly contributed to fostering collaborations and generating new physics opportunities at the RIBF.

The RIBF Users Meeting 2026, organized by the Users Executive Committee (UEC) and the RIKEN Nishina Center, will take place on March 4–5, 2026.

As in previous years, the meeting will include invited overview from experimental and theoretical activities from Nishina center, as well as the RIBF Users Group Thesis Award lectures.
In addition, this year’s meeting will feature two new initiatives:

1. Future plans from each collaboration (March 4th)

The part of the meeting featuring presentations from each collaboration will include forward-looking discussions focusing on future goals (5–10 years) and plans for the utilization of the proposed RIBF upgrade project .

2. Poster session(March 5th)

A poster session will also be newly introduced this year, providing a platform for participants to present ongoing activities and future ideas. It will also be a great opportunity for graduate and undergraduate students to share their work. In addition, Young Scientist Poster Awards will be presented as part of the poster session.

This year, the meeting will be also held in series with the ADRIB26 workshop (Mar. 5th - 6th, 2026).

FYI, to join both meetings, you need to register on both indico pages separately.

The meeting will be held on-site as well as online using Zoom. All attendees are requested to register in advance. The information to access the meeting will be provided to the registrants.
