Please note that the LOC will not arrange or reserve accommodation for participants. There are many hotels within walking distance (about 1 km) of the conference venue, and participants are kindly requested to make their own reservations well in advance.
A list of hotels near the venue can be found on the map below, as well as on pages 20–21 of the KUMAMOTO MICE guide linked below. (Please note that the hotel list is based on information from 2020. Participants are therefore advised to check online for up-to-date information when making a reservation.)
