Early registration (Feb.14 - Jun.15) Registration costs for Participants: 50,000 JPY The registration fee includes: - Conference attendance, book of abstracts, copy of proceedings - Welcome reception, banquet, all coffee breaks, Excursion, RIKEN tour - 2-year membership for INTDS ( 50 US$ ) Registration costs for Companions: 20,000 JPY The registration fee for companions includes: - Welcome reception, banquet, coffee breaks, Excursion, RIKEN tour Late Registration (Jun. 16 - Aug.22) Participants : 55,000 JPY Companions: 25,000 JPY Notice o Please register in the early registration period if you need a visa. (Visa procedure is too late after the early registration period.) o The conference fees can be paid at the registration desk only. Cash and credit cards (Visa, Master Card and American Express) will be accepted. (We use an online payment system 'Square': https://squareup.com/.) A receipt will be issued by the Local Organizing Committee (LOC). o All cancellations must be provided in written to the LOC. o If you have accompanied children, please consult their price with LOC.
