(Visa procedure is too late after the early registration period.) o The conference fees can be paid at the registration desk only. Cash and credit cards (Visa, Master Card and American Express) will be accepted. (We use an online payment system 'Square': https://squareup.com/.) A receipt will be issued by the Local Organizing Committee (LOC). o All cancellations must be provided in written to the LOC. o If you have accompanied children, please consult their price with LOC.
