User registration is done from "register here" written in red (only for the first time)

After completing user registration, login with registered e-mail address and password

Click [Submit a New Paper] on the left side to submit a paper

The maximum length for each paper is:
- 8 pages for invited contribution
- 6 pages for oral contribution
- 4 pages for poster contribution
