Oral Presentation
- Each presentation time includes 5 min. discussion for 30 min. talk, 10 min. discussion for 40 or 50 min. talk.
- Every presentation slide would be prepared in English.
Poster Presentation
- Poster presentation will be held via Zoom break-out room in order to avoid COVID-19 infection by the face-to-face discussion.
- Poster should consists of no more than 8 slides which will be also displayed at the on-side venue by 8 sheets of A3 size paper.
- Poster should be given in English
- Describe introduction, method, result and conclusion briefly.
- Letters and figures would be easy to see.
Please upload your presentation file to Indico page as following manner if oral or poster presenters agree to open it on the web.
- Log in this system.
- Click "Contrbution List" and move to your presentation.
- Click "Files" and press "Add Material"
- Choose "local file", press "Choose File" and select the presentation file.
- Choose "Slide" for oral presentation or "Poster" for poster one and press "Create Resource"
Poster Award
Excellent posters presented by students and young scientists will be awarded. Criteria and procedure are as follows.
Criteria for selection
- Objective, method, result and conclusion are described clearly.
- A strong point and originality are described presented distinctly.
- Ingenuity and eagerness in the presentation.
Selection Process
- Executive committee decides award winners.
- Posters for the excellent 3 - 5 presentations with the highest scores will be awarded.
- The highest winner will be awarded to the best poster award.
口頭発表
- プログラムには討論時間を含んでいます。
- 発表資料は英語で作成してください。
ポスター発表
- Zoom のbreak-out room を用いた発表形式でポスターセッションを行います。対面形式による飛沫感染のリスクを低減するためです。
- ポスターは8枚以内のスライドをご準備ください。A3 用紙にプリントアウトしたものをオンサイト会場にも掲載いたします。
- ポスターは英語で作成してください。
- 序論、方法、結果、結論を簡潔に示してください。
- 文字は見やすくし、 図表もこれに準じて十分な大きさにしてください。
発表資料の公開
- 口頭発表の方もポスター発表の方も発表資料の公開にご協力いただける方は、以下の手順でファイルをアップロードするか、ファイルを現地委員会にお渡しください。

- このシステムにログインしてください。
- 左メニューのContributionsでご自分の発表のページに移動してください。
- Files横のアイコンをクリックして、Add Materialをクリックしてください。
- Locationはlocal fileを選択、Choose Fileで原稿ファイルを選んでください。
- Material typeはSildeまたはPosterを選択して、Create Resourceを押してください。
ポスター賞
学生、若手研究者のポスター発表の中で優秀な発表を行った者に対して、ポスター賞を授与いたします。
- 選考基準
- 研究目的・方法・結果・結論が明瞭に示されていること
- 研究の特長・創意が明確に示されていること
- ポスター発表として工夫がなされており、また発表に熱意があること
- 選考方法
- 実行委員会で決定
- 得点数が高い上位3-5名程度の発表にポスター賞を授与する
- ポスター賞のうち最高得点のものを最優秀ポスター賞とする
