MNT2024

The international workshop MNT2024 - Exploring the heavy exotic neutron-rich nuclides via multinucleon transfer reactions  is co-organized on July 2-5, 2024 by the KEK Wako Nuclear Science Center, University of York (UK), RIKEN Nishina Center, and JAEA Advanced Science Research Center, and will be held at RIKEN in Japan. The workshop will be mainly devoted to new research scope which is opened by nuclear production using multinucleon transfer reactions.

Workshop schedule and place

The workshop will start on Tuesday, 2 July in the morning, and end on 5 July in the evening.

The workshop will be held at the room #201 of Nishina RIBF Bldg. in the Wako Campus of RIKEN.

Registration

Those who wish to participate the workshop are kindly requested to register by clicking the link in the left menu before 15 June 2024.

Attendees requiring a Visitor Visa to enter Japan, please request an invitation letter when registering, and start the application process as soon as you can.

Abstract submission

Those who wish to make a presentation are kindly requested to submit an abstract by clicking the link in the left menu before 13 April 2024.

Workshop fee

We ask for the workshop fee 2000 JPY per person for coffee breaks, which can be paid at the registration desk in the morning of 2 July, Tuesday.

Buffet party

We will have a buffet party in the evening of 4 July, Thursday. It costs 6000 JPY per person. Participants who join the dinner are requested to pay at the registration desk in the morning of 2 July, Tuesday.
