informal meeting.

any explanations, since the audience comes from a wide variety of
research fields.
- We will perhaps select your talk as the next RIBF Nuclear Physics Seminar.

Definition of newcomer:
- Newly-employed researchers (for example, SPDR) in the last & new fiscal year.
- However, JRA and trainees are excluded.
- People who transferred between Nishina Center and CNS are excluded.
- Also PD to research scientist promotions are excluded.
