- Overview
QCS is an international workshop series held every 2-3 years in China, Japan, and Korea with the aim of promoting international cooperation and exchange in the physics of compact stars and related hadron and dense matter physics. QCS 2026 will be the fifth time since the first QCS was held in Beijing in 2014.
topics:
•Neutron star equation of state
•High density matter in heavy-ion collisions
•QCD phase diagram
•Experiments for high-density matter
•Observation and compact star properties
•Theoretical approaches for high-density matter
