QCS workshop will be held at the meeting room on the 3rd floor of JAEA Tokai Mirai Base (7-25, Funaishikawa Eki Higashi 3, Tokai, Ibaraki, Japan). Mirai Base is a multipurpose accommodation facility for visitors to JAEA, located 5 minutes on foot from the East exit of Tokai Station. Go out from the East exit and walk perpendicular to the rail way for 4 minutes. Then you will come to the the second trafic light. Turn left and you will find the entrance of Mirai Base on the left hand side after one block.

To come to Tokai station from Haneda Airport, take Keikyu line to Shinagawa station. Then change to the JR lines. Take "Hitachi" or "Tokiwa" limited express to Katsuta st. of Joban line. At Katsuta st., take a local train for Hitachi direction and Tokai is the second station. The last limited express from Shinagawa starts at 21:45 and arrives at Tokai at 23:25 (some express trains stop at Tokai).
To come to Tokai station from Narita Airport, take an airport bus bound for Hitachi st. It leaves Narita 3rd terminal at 14:30 and 16:00 and stops at 2nd and 1st terminals and after a long trip, arrives at Tokai st. East exit at 17:34 and 19:09. The tickets are sold at the Keisei counter desks.
