- All prices are in Japanese Yen.
- The registration fee covers reception (Jun. 3rd), coffee breaks and lunches (Jun, 4th-8th), Banquet (Jun. 6th), and excursion (Jun. 6th).
- The early registration discount is applied by the date of PAYMENT, not registration.
- For proof of payment, we will provide your receipt at the reception.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellation must be provided in writing to ml-dreb2018-contact@rcnp.osaka-u.ac.jp before May 15, 2018. There will be no refund of registration fee made after May 15, 2018. This policy applies to all delegates and students. In principle, any refunds granted will be made via PayPal.
