The SSRI-PNS Collaboration Meeting 2022 will be held via video-link on September 1 - 2, 2022. The meeting starts from 16:00 (JST) on both days.
The SSRI-PNS (Stop and Slow RI-Precise Nuclear Spectroscopy) collaboration is a platform to share and discuss the physics motivation and experiments to explore the properties of ground and isomeric states in nuclei. A range of low-energy spectroscopy techniques can be used, such as mass and decay measurements, laser and NMR spectroscopy with relevant devices existing or under construction at the RIKEN RIBF. Four major facilities and devices involved are:
- KISS (KEK Isotope Separation System)
- SLOWRI (SLOW RI beam facility)
- GARIS (GAs-filled Recoil Ion Separator)
- MRTOF-MS (Multi-Reflection Time-Of-Flight Mass Spectrograph)
The present status and the future plan of these facilities and devices will be shared and the pre-proposals using them will be discussed in the meeting.
The meeting will be held using Zoom. The all attendees are requested to register in advance. The Zoom access information will be informed to the registered participants.
