How Access to Wako Campus and Conference VenueThe places of the conference venue are Conference room in Administrative Headquarters (C00 2F, Feb. 17 and 18 (本部棟 2階大会議室) ) and Okochi Hall (C32*, Feb. 19) in the RIKEN campus in Wako. Registration and Building Access at Wako Campus
To enter the most of buildings in Wako Campus, we need an ID card (entry permit).
For the participants, please visit the registration desk near the electronic bulletin board, which is located diagonally across from the West Gate Guard Station to receive a temporary entry permit and your name tag. Our secretarial staff will be there during the following hours to carry out the registration procedures:

Day 1 (Feb. 18): 9:00 AM – 10:30 AM (morning), 1:00 PM – 2:30 PM (afternoon)

Day 2 (Feb. 19): 8:30 AM – 9:30 AM
If you arrive outside the registration hours, please contact us for assistance. The contact information will be provided via email.
Once you get the entrance permit, you can enter any building by holding the card over the reader in front of the automatic doors. Please show the card to a guard at West Gate whenever you enter the campus.
On campus, there are several cafeterias (e.g., C61). Please note that payment by cash is not accepted at the cafeterias. Instead, you should pay using the same prepaid IC card that you use for public transport, e.g., Suica, PASMO (See here). You can recharge the card at the entrances of any cafeteria. On the 2nd floor of building C72, there is a small convenience store, where you can pay by cash.
