- Accompanying person: JPY 15,000 per person
[Late Payment (31 July 2025–)]
- Regular participants: JPY 40,000
- Students: JPY 20,000
- Accompanying person: JPY 20,000 per person
[Breakdown of Registration Fee]
The registration fee includes
- Lunch (From Monday to Friday except Wednesday)
- Excursion (Wednesday afternoon)
- Banquet (Wednesday evening)
The registration fee for an accompanying person does not include lunch.
[Payment]
Payment for the symposium can be made online only by credit card (VISA, Master Card, JCB, American Express, Diners).

[Detailed Procedure of the Registration and Payment]
- Please log in RIKEN Indico. If you do not have an account, please create it.
- Please fill the registration form.
- Your registration will be approved by the local organization committee. Please allow a few days for the approval process.
- After your registration is approved, you are supposed to pay the registration fee via the payment webpage. Please select the proper option consistent with your registration. If you do not use your own credit card, please email us the name of the cardholder.
- Your registration will be completed only after your payment has been received. Please allow another few days for this process.

[Cancellation]
All refund requests must be notified by email to the conference organization committee as soon as possible. The conference committee reserves the right to refuse reimbursement of part or all of the fee in the case of cancellation. Each case of cancellation will be considered individually.
