[Wi-Fi Connection]
You can use eduroam and RIKEN guest Wi-Fi (RIKEN_guest). We cannot provide a visitor account of eduroam.
[Registration Desk]
- In the morning of the first day, the registration desk is at the second floor (next to the entrance of the IIB building).
- On the other time, the registration desk is at the eighth floor (in front of the auditorium). In this case, first, please notify your name at the entrance of the IIB building, and then come to the eighth floor by a lift.
[Enter to IIB Building]
- The detailed place of the IIB building can be found in this webpage.
- The second floor of IIB building is connected to the east exit of Iryo Center (医療センター) station of the Port Liner (ポートライナー) train via the pedestrian deck.
- The door of the IIB building is usually locked. You can enter the building with showing your nametag or noticing your name to a gate guard.
- If you have not registered this workshop, you may not enter the building. In such a case, please contact the organizers immediately.
- Please bring your RIKEN ID card if you have. Then, you can enter the building smoothly.
- You cannot enter from the first floor.
[Instruction for Presentation]
[Oral Presentation]
- An overview talk is 35 min. presentation and 5 min. discussion.
- An invited talk is 25 min. presentation and 5 min. discussion.
- A contributed talk is 15 min. presentation and 5 min. discussion.
- The speakers are supposed to use their own computer for presentation.
[Poster Presentation]
- We prepare a poster board with 1156 mm width and 2056 mm height.
- We recommend you to prepare a poster with the A0 portrait size.
- You can put the poster during the whole schedule of the symposium.
- We request you to put your poster by the Tuesday afternoon and remove your poster by the Saturday morning.

We kindly request your presentation material one day before your presentation via PDF format. You can find the way to upload your slide to Indico below. Please do not hesitate to contact the organizers if you encounter any problems.
