We strongly recommend that visitors purchase overseas insurance at their own expense in their home country BEFORE departing for Taiwan.
Registering the Lucky Draw
The Taiwan Tourism Bureau has introduced a special subsidy scheme called “Taiwan the Lucky Land” to encourage more foreign tourists to visit the country. Foreign travellers have the chance to participate in a lucky draw and win a 5,000TWD (150USD) travel stipend. Remember to register for the "Taiwan The Lucky Land" at least 1 day and within 7 days before arrival. Good luck!
