J-PARC E16 experiment aims to measure the spectral change of vector mesons 
in nuclei via the e+ e- decay channel. Spectrometer was constructed and commissioned at the high-momentum beam line in  J-PARC Hadron hall. Physics data taking is approaching.

In this workshop, we discuss the recent theoretical progress in the related topics, analysis procedure of spectra, and related physics opportunities using the spectrometer and the beam line.
